Voting Overseas

You can vote in person at 104 Australian diplomatic missions and embassies in federal elections and at a lesser number for state elections. You can also submit a postal vote.

 

Polling stations are usually open for a two week period before an election to allow for voting in person. Please check the relevant diplomatic mission or embassy for detailed information about opening times and how to submit a postal vote.
